Booking enquiry
A form submitted through the website is a booking enquiry, not a confirmed booking. The booking becomes final when the operator confirms the dates, price, any extras and payment terms by email.
Cancellation and date changes
Cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival. Within 24 hours of arrival, the booking fee is non-refundable, but the stay may be moved to another available date for an additional fee.
Access and use of the house
Guests receive the information needed for self check-in before arrival. Guests must use the house as intended and take reasonable care of the furnishings and outdoor equipment.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. In the event of damage, the operator may charge the documented cost of repair or replacement.
Extras
Breakfast, hot tub, sauna, private cinema, decorations, cake, sparkling wine and other prepared extras are available by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
